We’re all about turning fitness into an exciting adventure! In our ninja classes, kids enjoy high-energy ninja skills, ninja games, ninja obstacle courses and more. Each ninja advances at their own pace, without the pressures of team sports. We focus on helping our ninjas overcome fears, build confidence, and develop strong character. We love watching them revel in the excitement of overcoming challenges and celebrating their achievements.

With this program, kids have the opportunity to progress from one skill level to the next while earning badges each and every week for good behavior, bravery, kindness and a variety of other positive character traits. On their first visit kids will receive a Ninja T-shirt and Achieve Sleeve to be worn at each class.
