This fun and engaging class is designed especially for your little one’s first steps into gymnastics, movement and play! Movement & Music blends music, tumbling, and creative activities with colorful props and imaginative fun. Through guided exploration, children will develop foundational gymnastics and sports skills such as strength, balance, and coordination, all in a safe, supportive environment with our experienced and caring instructors.
This class encourages confidence, social interaction, and physical growth, making it the perfect introduction to any sport.
ArtFLEX
Wednesdays
Let creativity shine with ArtFLEX—a joyful blend of hands-on art projects and active play for children! Each class includes creative art instruction where children explore colors, textures, and materials while developing fine motor skills and self-expression. When time allows, we shift the last few minutes of our class to creative movement featuring tumbling, active games, and imaginative exploration. Led by our caring and experienced instructors, this class supports both artistic and physical development in a playful, nurturing environment. Perfect for curious minds and energetic bodies!

1st Friday Toddler Playtime
This fall we are offering 1st Friday Toddler Playtime for kids (approximate) ages 1-5.
These are generally held on the first Friday of every month from 9:30AM-11AM. However, please be sure to always follow us on social media should we ever need to update our schedule.
Toddler playtime is when we open our gym just for our youngest friends to run, bounce roll and jump to their hearts content. No registration required, just $15 for the first child and $10 for siblings. Parent/guardian participation is a must.
Please no shoes, food or drink on our gymnastics floor, so good socks are always recommended.
